As a senior manager of the Hi-LO company, I will help to resolve the conflict between the HR doctorate and middle manager by clarifying their expected role in the company. Therefore HR doctorate is responsible for maximizing employees' productivity and protecting employees' rights and any issue that may affect the outcome of the company, managing employees' payments and benefits, hiring and firing employees, developing and updating the company policies and guidelines. On the other hand, the middle manager is accountable for facilitating any change in the company and establishing a conducive working environment, and also ensuring all employees are working towards the common goal of the company. The clear division of roles will therefore help to prevent the strike as both HR and manager will not conflict on their roles and interest in the company.
