1. Distinguish the three organizational management outcome concepts: those are Productivity, Effectiveness and Efficiency then discuss how is their relationship towards each other expressed?
Productivity is in management involves output per unit of input in an organization, it is measured by the efficiency and effectiveness of using resources for protection such as human resources and capital, effectiveness; on the other hand, it refers to origination’s capability to achieve set targets in the specified time, it focusses on what should be done right to achieve them. Efficiency involves how tasks are performed promptly and at a minimum possible cost without wastage. Each of these aspects is expressed through organizational performance and work together to ensure organizational goals.
