2. Compare and contrast contributions of the four management approaches with pinners thought and prioritize their relevancy for the development of contemporary management growth?
There are various management approaches adopted to achieve managerial duties and organizations’ performance. Classical, human relation, set, and contingency approaches are the most common. The classical management approach is a theoretical style of management that focuses on a specialized hierarchy of positions and roles in an organization to optimize efficiency. The human relation approach primarily involves employees and how the organization utilizes human resources management to promote and motivate employees. On the other hand, the system management approach is mainly concerned with the organization’s inter-related components and the independence of departments. Each department is considered a unit, and I defined how it relates to other units, thus determining management frameworks. Finally, the contingency management approach is based on the efficiency of management and how an organization can be managed in the best possible way; it involves planning, controlling, leading, and organizing certain managerial circumstances.
