The political forces that impacted the lemon tree line hotel during the covid 19 pandemic are the national lockdown and government guideline for the hotels not to be overcrowded and therefore allowed to admit limited customers to keep social distance. The economic forces that affect the hotel are the decline in business profit due to the low number of customers allow to visit the hotel. Due to low income from the hotel, the management has been forced to retrench some workers which led to slow customer services at the hotel. However, the hotel has had effect from social forces such as low turnout of customers as most people fear visiting the hotels which they believe to be a hotspot for contracting the disease since the hotel always receive customers from different places.
