As a business person, conforming to business ethics has helped me to improve my business in terms of profitability and customer flow because business ethics enable me to consider the feelings, and needs of my customers and also treat my employees and customers with respect. Thus retaining more customers and getting referrals from my customers as the company gains popularity and new buyers.
