In my view, traditional management practice defers from quality management practices in terms of implementation, philosophy, and measurements. In the traditional management practice, customers are always considered outsiders to the company, and the management is always focused on the short-term goals and objectives such as the number of products produced or profits gained. On the other hand, quality management practices concentrate mainly on customer satisfaction and long-term achievements such as if the quality of the product is produced to satisfy and sustain its customers and how to improve the item to meet consumer preferences.
