1.Training and development helps the employees to build strengths and also helps in addressing shortages identified in their performance reviews. It reduces any weak link within the company who rely mostly on others to complete basic work tasks.
2.The employees benefit more. This is because the training helps employees to perform the piece of work easily and also they are able to begin new strategies to carry out the task which leads to some levels of satisfaction in employees
