Conditions of higher Organization politics include; Intelligence which helps to handle every situation comfortably, cooperation of employees helping in strengthening politics of the organization, support from the management, and a favorable environment.

On the other hand, ways to reduce politics in an organization are; Teamwork, transparency, that is, organization policies must be equal to everyone, partially that is management must not be partial to anyone in terms of beliefs and effective communication.
