what is global pressure?
Give example in pacific countries.
Answer.
Global pressure arises when more solar energy hits the equator, the air warms and forms a low pressure zone. The cool air is dense and when it reaches a high pressure zone it sinks to the ground. The air is sucked back toward the low pressure at the equator.
Example of global pressure in pacific countries include Pacific islands being extremely vulnerable to climate change. The most substantial impacts of climate change include losses of coastal infrastructure and lands, more intense cyclones and droughts, failure of subsistence crops and coastal fisheries, losses of coral reefs and mangroves, and the spread of certain diseases.
