Organization of my choice is Northwest Airline.
The labour dispute;
1) Northwest Airline Strike- the labour dispute by mechanics strike against Northwest Airlines proved to be a disaster for workers and their union. Northwest replaced all of the striking workers and laid-off workers who crossed the picket line.
2) The purpose of the communication campaign is to reinforce the impact of the message by repetition and also providing an opportunity to communicate multiple or complex messages.
3) The stakeholders are United States Airline,. United States government and the Northwest Airline employees.
