Graphic communication offers data more directly. It is extra malleable than other forms of communication and extra eye-catching and engaging. It also affects the audience while increasing the reliability of the message delivered. 

Disadvantages of Graphic Communication 

However, graphic communication is not adequate to communicate clearly and efficiently, thus, it can be efficaciously utilized with oral communication. It wastes a lot of time: Sometimes it involves the usage of poorly premeditated visual aids that are difficult to see or understand more especially when inappropriate data is presented.
