Identify some of the major communication barriers that Toyota will encounter in their internal
communication drive and discuss how they can overcome these barriers.
1. Physical Barriers: This can be averted by not putting all the central managers in one office. So that workers cannot feel intimidated when seeking any help and avoid the zone.
2. Emotional Barriers: This can be avoided when employees are granted their freedom including of expression and their issues addressed by the company effectively and efficiently.
3. Language Barrier: This can be averted when everyone in the company is encouraged to use a common language for easier communication and a graphic form of communication if embraced would assist in communication.
