b) McClelland’s Needs Theory on the other hand can be used to increase the motivation at the work place by coming up with a culture that suits everyone and workers can easily adopt it. Precisely, every person has one of three main driving motivators: the needs for achievement, affiliation, or power. These motivators are not inherent; we develop them through our culture and life experiences. Achievers like to solve problems and achieve goals.
