The Big Five Personality Traits 

a). Extraverted Personality- Depends on others in building up relationships. 

b). Agreeable Personality- Such individuals have accommodative hearts. 

c). Conscientious Personality- They are careful or diligent. 

d). Emotional-Stable Personality- They remain stable and balanced emotionally. 

e). Open to Experience Personality- They tend to be imaginative, creative, and intellectually curious. 

A Rating Scenario 

I do work in a school setting. There is this teacher who is always very careful more especially in dealing with laboratory chemicals and handling students. Out of creativity, he has made posters in the school laboratory that gives instructions to all students who enter for an experiment. Therefore, I think the teacher in the above scenario possesses both conscientious and open to experience personality traits.
