In Corporate Social Responsibility, four categorized models perform their functions differently. In this case, there is a model category based on the environment which mainly deals with the organization's ecosystem with its contact with its employees whereas there is another CSR model categorized to be ethical responsibility which mainly works in ensuring that the organization is operating fairly and ethically. Furthermore, there is philanthropic Responsibility which embarks on business aim to actively make the world and the society be a better place and finally, there is economic responsibility which contrarily takes part in ensuring that the firm is well managed in financial-related matters.
