Critical thinking is the intellectually disciplined process of actively and skillfully conceptualizing, applying, analyzing, synthesizing, and/or evaluating information gathered from, or generated by, observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, or communication, as a guide to belief and action. It can lead to developing your judgement, evaluation and problem solving abilities. Learning Critical Thinking skills can also enhance your academic performance. The skills developed in Critical Thinking directly help students do better even at the Mathematical reasoning tests. Critical thinking is one of the important effective factors on the academic achievement. Indeed, learners with critical thinking learn many abilities and competencies which improve their effectiveness. As a result, this factor results in the learners' success. There were positive correlations between self-esteem and critical thinking disposition, between self-efficacy and critical thinking disposition, and between self-esteem and self-efficacy. Self-esteem and self-efficacy were significant predictors of critical thinking disposition.
