Consequences of languishing employees in the organization
Languishing is a term that describes a state of declining health and a sense of nothingness at work and also a general lack of contentment. A poorly managed organization will see its personnel languish, resulting in lower productivity. Languishing workers in a workplace may lead to a decline in productivity rate due to absenteeism among staff members; therefore, the organization accrues losses. As a result, the organization must put its workers' well-being first. Failure to implement the appropriate methods will result in low well-being and, as a result, a loss in productivity.
