Explain Ethics in dealing with employers and discuss various methods used by saleperson which are regarded as unethical
In management, ethics refers to the set of moral principles, values and standards which have to be followed by employers and employees in an organization.
As an employee, ethical behaviors required when dealing with the employer include: obeying the company's rules, respecting the manager, taking responsibilities seriously and showing professionalism.
Methods used by sale-person which are regarded as unethical
1) Greed- it comes in when the sales person want to sell a product at a higher price so that he can pocket the excess money.
2) Use of abusive language- Abusing a customer because he has refused to buy your products is unethical and is one of the ways of losing customers.
3) Violence-employees should not be violent when dealing with coworkers and customers.
