           Creating a promoting, successful and positive working environment motivates workers that lead to better performances. It leads to job satisfaction and higher chances of career development among workers. Consequently, it results in a happy and caring culture hence better productivity, and it aids in employee retention, which helps in better connectivity and team building among the employees. Also, positive workstations result in customer satisfaction which helps in increased individual and organizational performance (Dutton, Robberts & Bednar, 2020). Employers can achieve it by promoting work ethics, engaging employees, prioritizing their needs, and upholding their needs. Generally, a conducive workplace is essential in increasing the positivity and well-being of employees.
