A management union partnership will improve the performance and efficiency of the organization as it will improve the working conditions of the employees, improve the pay package and benefits of the employees, improve the management policies in the organization and foster communication between the employees and the management (Sanzone, 2020). All these vices foster the morale of the employees who in turn improve their work output and hence improve performance and efficiency in the organization.
