The success of advertisement depends upon managing a strong relationship with an advertising agency. When a customer hires an advertising agency to create his ad, the client-agency relationship begins. It will continue till he receives good services from the advertising firm. This kind of relationship should always be friendly. Mutual trust, confidence, and understanding should exist between the two parties. Both parties have the same basic goal in mind, which is to create a successful advertising campaign.

For example, if consumers are content with what they saw in the advertisement and what they received after purchasing those goods, the relationship between buyers and sellers is maintained. If a vendor advertises a product with a false or deceptive image and an overblown image, the relationship between the seller and the buyer cannot be healthy. These issues can be avoided if the seller maintains a clean ad and displays the correct image of the goods.
