Secondly, it leads to higher job satisfaction and employee retention within your organization bringing in the commitment of employees to the organization and reduction of costs involved in frequent recruitments. Thirdly, it leads to the good mental health of the employees by making them stress-free thus utilizing the acute memory in the viable ideas, creativity, and innovativeness in the company.

Languishing employees is disastrous to the company and may lead to stagnation of the company. Firstly, leaves employees feeling miserable, with decreased motivation to commit to their job. Secondly,  it leads to increase employee turnover because nobody wants to stick around where they're miserable.
