It validates and defines the observing system, develops procedures and standards, confirms profit and benefits growths, and converses to business. Hence, it holds the gains. During this stage, post-execution outcomes are assessed. Progress is established, and any changes are unified in a transition stage while providing training on fresh changes to all pertinent stakeholders. The tools used include process sigma control, controller charts, cost-saving designs, and control design.
