By definition six-sigma can be said to be a method which provides organizational tools to businesses with the end game of improving their business processes. In suppliers the six-sigma will be implemented as follows:-

This involves giving an overview of the six-sigma to the suppliers to help them understand the core business functions as well as explain to them how they come in or the role that they play to help the organization achieve its mission and vision (Pyzdek et al, 2014).
