This is due to its strategic role in ensuring a seamless and continuous flow of quality supplies across a supply chain network. In light of the aforesaid assertion, you are expected to practically demonstrate how your company will manage its supplier quality engagement using the following principles of total quality management (TQM); to ensure that you obtain the best quality supplies and expertise that will enable the organisation to meet and exceed your customers’ expectations (25 marks):

Total Quality Management (TQM) can assist my organization in managing its supply supplier quality engagement by giving the necessary approaches and ways to aid top management in promoting employee empowerment and increasing work happiness. This may be accomplished through my company's leadership and commitment to the TQM aim of customer satisfaction, as well as by establishing a strong organizational culture that places a premium on overall quality and client satisfaction .As part of a TQM initiative, all employees of my company can contribute to enhancing existing procedures, merchandise, operations, and the environment in which they work. Customer pleasure will result as a result of this.
Part two
Each worker is held accountable for ensuring the quality of product lines, which is known as quality at the source. Pursuing quality from the source can lead to better-informed employees, a more cultural knowledge of the importance of quality to customers, lower reworking costs, less waste, and employee empowerment.
