Technology has been in the forefront in bringing about effectiveness in knowledge management when it comes to knowledge management.Since knowledge management involves several task and many processes,then it needs to have an updated and latest technology to achieve its goals.Its also important to note that technology has been affecting knowledge management as technology keeps being upgraded.Technology has been assisting many organizations to achieve their objectives and thus have been fully utilized.However, having mentioned some of the benefits of technology in enhancing knowledge management,its good to note that its yet to reach its maturity.This is because there has been a lot of stiff competition all through that kicks out some of the organizations from the market when they are not able to cope or acquire new technology.
