Human resource is the linchpin of any business organization, and they should therefore be treated decently at the workplace. Treating people decently can be achieved through creation of friendly social environment through recognition and appreciation of workers efforts this motivating them to work at their maximum capacities. Secondly, making employees to move forward in their work is achievable through promotions and allowing them to go for further training and educational programs hence attaining self fulfillment
