How should Eskom go about a negotiation process with a prospective new supplier
Negotiation is not about price, but about managing and improving overall supplier performance. however, the Eskom needs to follow the following steps while negotiating with their new supplies;
1.understand the company mission and what drives them into the business.
2. Be authentic to build credibility and trust.
3. They should negotiate towards a positive outcome for all parties
4. Create a plan for evaluation and assessment.
