Maintenance of ethical and social responsibility is one of the four relevent challenges that face morden managers currently at starbucks and h&m only. Social responsibilities more often than not clash with the organisation's ethical responsibilities. Apart from that there could be a lot of pressure coming from the shareholders of the organization, whose major interest is productivity and more of it. Be that as it may maintenance of such issues could not be a walk in the park for the executive at Starbucks.
