Two universal values that influence my organization is integrity and trust. In this regard, the former means doing the right thing in the right way; it means adhering to values strongly held. On the other hand trust is a belief that someone is honest and credible. On this note, trust is earned by being honest, having a positive intent, having strong competencies, and a track record of results. This aspects enables the business to run appropriately
