Implementation of covid compliance measures will bring about unavoidable changes in the organization. The company is however facing a lot of resistance in the i9mpelemntation of the changes. The resistance basically comes from employees who are worried about their fate of continued service in the company. Being that one of the recommended covid compliance changes in the organization is mass retrenchment in order to keep the company afloat during the hard economic times of covid pandemic. Since workers of the company will be the most affected by the changes, they therefore resist implementation of such changes in order to secure their jobs. That is the key cause of pressure and it can be effectively addressed by amending the proposed changes to incorporate virtual operation of the company's activities to minimize physical interaction among workers.
