Astus Auto, is a new start up dealing with CNG two wheelers. They have hired you as a sales consultant. Can you guide them with the Sales process with regards to their product
I will guide them on a seven-step sales process. The first step will be prospecting, whereby they will be required to find potential customers and evaluate whether they will be interested in their product and whether they will afford it. The second step will be preparation. They will be required to meet with potential customers and research the market. Thirdly, it will be the approach stage which will involve the first meeting with their client. The following phase will be a presentation which will consist of demonstrations on how their product will meet the needs of their potential customers. The fifth stage will involve handling objections by listening to their prospect’s concerns and addressing them. The closing phase will follow, and they will get a go-ahead from their client. The final phase will be a follow-up which will keep them in contact with customers they have closed as well as referrals.
