What problems do you usually encounter in teamwork at your organization? What is your approach to overcome them
One of the problems encountered in teamwork is a difference of opinion or conflicts. These differences if made healthy, can easily be managed to trigger beneficial debates. Another problem is the lack of trust among team members. Therefore, trust should be enhanced among team members by improving their human connection, and as result teamwork will be possible. Also, low engagement of team members will reduce their motivation to work on a project. Team members if properly engaged will be committed to a project and towards achieving the project’s mission. Lastly, some team members fail to complete assignments. To overcome this, action should be taken towards the team members who do not complete their assignments on time.
