Availability of experienced project managers and skilled project team.The more confidence the manager has and the skills possessed by workers enables them overcome daily challenges. a good choice of method of approach ensures that the ideas are reliable ,clear and efficient and can be followed .Investing in planning is crucial. Time and resources put in planning ensure that verybfew mistakes are made which in return makes a project a success. Another cause of success is in following best practices that draw from experience of past success with adoption of new strategies. Such strategies are responsible for success in projects.Regular controlling of the project ensures evaluation is done frequently and constant evaluation provides room for adjustment in case of any problem thereby making it successful.

Causes of project failure.
