The Company offers a respectful attitude as well as valuing its partners by communicating often through surveys and weekly meetings, including the benefits. This is a clear implication that working relationship is certainly encouraged and it keeps workers motivated.
He is a transformational leader. He stimulates and inspires followers to attain extraordinary consequences. The sequencing plan of the leadership is not a very main part of the transformation leadership.
