Impacts of Issue Resolution

           Conflicts can develop when handling projects. However, handling such issues is related to several impacts to the company. Therefore, it is the role of respective leaders or managers to find a solution, cope with challenges, and diminish some risks before they cause havoc. Many leaders prefer using an issue resolution procedure to keep the project running and achieve the targeted objectives. Issue resolutions enable leaders to analyze problems that are likely to happen during the project (Kupa & Komlosi, 2020). Moreover, they aid in avoiding production breakdown and costs on potential issues. Lastly, issue resolutions help make operational and beneficial choices that increase the performance or results of a project.
