A human resource manager is responsible for ensuring that employees’ morale is improved to ensure team performance in the following ways: ensuring a continuous flow of communication and being easily accessible. It gives the impression that their services are valued in the company. The manager should have a cloud-based platform for easy communication via email, chat, voice or video call. It will help address issues as they come and prevent employees’ morale from reducing.
Secondly, the human resource manager should ensure that the company rewards exceptional performance by recognizing successful met goals and rewarding those improvements among employees involved. This preventive measure helps to make other employees outstanding in their duties, and the manager can do motivation by giving incentives like bonuses and commissions.
