Bullying: Employees evade reporting to work on occasions they recognize of harassment just like kids are being harassed and they avoid going to school due to fear of being bullied. 

Disengagement: Employees who are never committed to their work seem to obtain unsubstantiated excuses not to report to work. Disengagement comes in various forms. Notably, it t can be as a result of lack of respect for administration or feelings of unjust treatment.

Low Workplace Morale:Not even a single person would want to come into a work environment where conflict is at high levels. The significance of maintaining excellent employee morale in your company cannot be stressed enough.

Remedies to combat absenteeism in the workplace
