Yes, I am positive that management will help in my career in that it will help me to understand people’s behavior, leadership, and the nature of power. Whether employed or not, management will help me to connect with the world, and to understand how different organizations operate. Management will also help me to understand how individuals behave in an organization thus enhancing my people skills, communication, and time management skills in an organization.
