No: the lease cannot continue if the lease option to continue for extra one year and the lessor has sold the contract at the beginning of the end of a lease year. The contract was only binding to the two for that respective year and because it over the lessor has a right to lease it to another party of his or her choice. Therefore, the lease cannot continue because the contract as been sold already.
