Igshaan and Nasir agree that Nasir will buy Igshaan's house. Nasir pays the purchase price, and the parties agree that Igshaan may live in the house for three more months before Nasir may move in. During this time, Igshaan will pay rent to Nasir

a. Symbolic delivery mode , delivery as there is voluntary transfer of possession of the house to Nasir since its not possible to physically hand Nasir house hence agreement is made .Goods are not delivered but means of obtaining possession of goods is delivered.
