How relevant are Four Noble Truths and Eight Fold Path today?
The four noble truths are the; the truth of suffering, the truth of the cause of suffering, the truth of the end of suffering and the truth of the end of the path that leads to the end of suffering.
The Eight Fold Path is also known as the the Threefold way as it contains the three basic aspects of Buddhist of life, which entails ethics, meditation and wisdom. Each part of the Eight Fold Paths falls within one of the elements of the Threefold way.
The Four Noble truths explains the method for attaining the end of the suffering, known to Buddhists as the Eight Fold Path. The steps of the Eight Fold Path Right Understandin, Right Touch, Right Speech, Right Action, Right Livelihood, Right Effort, Right Mindfulness and Right Concentration.
