The purpose of this study is to look into workplace bullying (WPB) in schools. A self-reporting questionnaire was completed by a random sample of 999 teachers. Only 32 of the participants admitted to bullying their coworkers. The bullies were identified and characterized using statistics and content analysis. The qualitative replies of self-identified bullies to an open-ended item demonstrate that bullies verbally, emotionally, and physically assault their coworkers. Bullies rationalize their negative behavior, according to the studies. This study emphasizes the interaction of individual, organizational, and societal factors in explaining WPB. The conclusion is that WPB must be addressed at both the policy and institutional levels.
