A homogenous culture is characterized by shared ideals; a homogenous economy is characterized by perfect substitutes and interrelated models; homogenous politics are represented by ideologically compatible values. A heterogenous culture is characterized by varying cultural identities, a heterogenous economy has varying models and availability of different and distinct substitutes whereas heterogenous politics pose different ideals.
