  1. Similarities in the media is that both of them aims at achieving a moral lesson to the audience, which in this case is a mixed reaction of what needs to be done in the current world circumstances.
  2. The purpose of the author in creating the media is to form an argument on whether there exist a possible justification for every action that one takes. In this case, every action taken ahs its own advantages and disadvantages. It only depends on which perspective one is viewing it from.
  3. The main theme is that of curiosity. Curiosity has its own share of advantages and disadvantages. However, curiosity is good since it eliminates any possibility of ignorance, which in my case is worse than being curious. Curiosity leads to expansion of the mind through gaining more knowledge. However, the same cannot be said about ignorance.
  4. The author is implicit and does not give a clear position. The author only suggests the implications of being curious, in that whether people should be more curious since it brings about more discovery and knowledge into the world or whether people should not be curious since it also comes with several consequences and damages.
