i) Good listener- communicating with students or learners and listening to them makes the educator to identify what their students needs, wants, and the ways that can be used to achieve them. Good listening also makes students and learners to be at ease at open up to educator since it shows that one is understanding their situation.

ii) Empathetic- good educators should show empathy as it shows the learners that you are understanding to what may be going on in their lives. It makes one to fully open up to and say what is troubling them.

iii) Adaptability- good educators needs to be working in a constantly changing environment and adjust their teaching methods as per the environment they find themselves in. This include use the resources available, the changing curriculum, practices, and requirements to teacher learners without going through major challenges.

iv) Patient- a good educator should be patient and give learners time to adopt to the new changes or rules, and also time to improve on their studies or grades and help them in improving.

v) Good collaborator-an educator needs to fill various roles and come up with various ideas on how to make something perfect. Good collaborators makes learners to be willing to give out their ideas without the fear of the educator turning them down.
