By carrying out research of the market and asking customers, one can identify the products that the market needs, which ones are needed by the market but they are unavailable, and the markets which have not been exploited and there is no competition. By carrying out research, a business is bale to know all these factors and consider the actions they need to take. Firstly, providing the unavailable products is the first step to maintain the reputation of the business then expand to the new market to increase their profits. Without research, knowing such information is not possible, which can lead to the downfall of the business. However, with research one is able to determine the next step they can step having all the information and the actions they can take. Therefore, research is important in our daily lives.
