Ordinary language communicates in a simple and a straightforward way and oftenly used in newspapers, e-mails to family members, school papers, and business reports. On the other hand poetic language is used to communicate a deeper, emotional meaning to our audience. It is sometimes not easy to understand and it is used make the poem more surprising, vivid, complex, or interesting.
