Preservice teacher are trained or prepared highly for teaching K-12 learners with highly quality course. Most English teachers they likely don't believe in ELDAP , English Language Development Acquisition Program. The main importance of language and literacy understanding by teachers in training is;

1. it promote communication between teachers and learners and in the same it ensure students/ learners are able to understand the concept being taught.
2. it build modern foundation where students are able to make research and look for information for given concept.
