Schedule time for relationship building
Once in a while ask a colleague out for coffee or do something kind to them
Manage your boundaries . Make time but not too much as it can affect productivity
Appreciate others, genuinely compliment people around you when they do something good.
Be positive, positivity is contagious and people move around those who make them happy
Avoid gossip , if you have a problem with someone talk to them directly other than gossip.
